Business Sydney hosted a highly successful and inspiring event celebrating the incredible work of Surf Life Saving New South Wales.

Business Sydney is proud to stand with an organisation that embodies service, courage and community. It was a privilege to honour our volunteer lifesavers, joined by the Minister for Emergency Services, The Hon. Jihad Dib MP, as our keynote speaker and guest of honour.

Surf Life Saving NSW CEO, Steven Pearce AFSM, delivered an outstanding overview of how businesses can meaningfully support the movement through its commercial services including first aid training, event safety management, drone operations and professional lifeguard services.

We were also treated to a powerful panel featuring Minister Dib; Feroz Sattar, Co-Founder of Swim Brothers; Neva Imbs, Volunteer Lifesaver and Surf Life Saving Sydney staff member; Daniel Gay, Commercial Training & Compliance Manager, Surf Life Saving NSW; Jacinta Herd, Business Development Executive Tourism, Ingenia Holiday Parks and Nipper mum; with Steven Pearce guiding the discussion.

A memorable night wrapped up with an energetic CPR competition, showcasing the lifesaving skill that sits at the heart of the Surf Life Saving mission.
