Sydney celebrated the launch of the program for the 20th anniversary of The Sydney Comedy Festival in great style.

The Festival program features performances from the finest Australian acts, the biggest international stars and the most promising emerging talent offering up everything from stand up to sketch, satire, impro, musical, absurdist, theatre, magic and kids comedy.

Business Sydney and Century - Venues, Events, Artists celebrated the 20th anniversary of the biggest ever Sydney Comedy Festival program on Monday night.

Also joining us for a special address was the Hon. John Graham MLC, NSW Minister for the Arts, Minister for Music & the Night-time Economy, and Minster for Jobs & Tourism, Acting CEO of Destination NSW Karen Jones, along with Jorge Menidis, Festival Director, Sydney Comedy Festival attended by over 300 business & community leaders.

Our Master of Ceremonies for the evening was actor, comedian, and reality judge extraordinaire, Rhys Nicholson.

Comedians at the launch included Dave Hughes, Elf Lyons, He Huang, Michelle Brasier and David Coreas.
