update on the Productivity Roundtable

Business Sydney in partnership with MinterEllison was delighted to host an exclusive Productivity Roundtable Update with the Hon. Patrick Gorman MP, Federal Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister, Assistant Minister for the Public Service, and Assistant Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.

In front of an audience of 80 senior business leaders, Minister Gorman shared valuable insights from the recent National Productivity Roundtable, convened by Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, and Treasurer Jim Chalmers, and reflected on the government’s approach to boosting productivity and economic growth in Australia.

The evening featured an excellent interview with Melina Morrison, CEO of the Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM), followed by a dynamic Q&A session with the floor—providing business leaders with the opportunity to engage directly on some of the most important workplace and economic issues of our time.
