Business Sydney welcomed the 24th NSW Police Commissioner, Mal Lanyon APM, for an exclusive cocktail reception. 

With around 130 business leaders in attendance, the event highlighted the strong interest across the sector in hearing directly from the Commissioner as he steps into this critical leadership role.

It was a timely reminder of how important it is for police to engage closely with the business community. Commissioner Lanyon shared his vision for the future of policing, safety and collaboration across New South Wales drawing on nearly four decades of distinguished service in the NSW Police Force.

We were also fortunate to have Margaret Cunneen SC, a highly respected barrister and former Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, conduct a thoughtful and engaging Q&A with the Commissioner, adding valuable insight and depth to the conversation.
