AI, ENERGY AND A FUTURE VISION FOR NSW

Business Sydney was honoured to host James Griffin MP,  Shadow Minister for Energy, Climate Change and Environment, and Shadow Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government, as our special guest for a thought provoking presentation on the opportunity that AI has for NSW. 

To sum up James’s upbeat presentation: NSW has everything here to become the AI powerhouse of Asia. 

James Griffin says AI can offer hope not fear. It can shape opportunity. AI is way to drive NSW forward and our state has the capacity to advance our nation in the process. We need to face the moment. NSW must act like a nation to be ambitious with AI. We might be a state but our economy is bigger than New Zealand’s. To quote James directly: “AI is the economic opportunity of the 21st Century.”
