John Hale is a Motivational Speaker, Strategic Adviser, CEO Coach and Author. 

In this masterclass, John explained and workshopped the six steps needed to develop a Strategic Mindset for our members and guests. 

For over thirty years, John has worked as an early-stage investor, educated hundreds of start-ups, scale-ups and business chamber audiences. He has advised some of the world's biggest firms and written four popular books on strategy and leadership.
