Our panel, The Hon. Victor Dominello, Tom Pagram and Jen Hookey (both PwC partners working in the AI space) and Douglas Nicol from The Works gave us great insights into the world of AI — its opportunities and its challenges. The theme of the discussion was on how AI will change business, and importantly how businesses will need to nurture their people to ensure they get the most out of AI as a tool to enhance the human endeavours and operations. 

This expert discussion was the perfect prelude to the second session, an interactive and highly entertaining workshop on the human dimension of communication, from NIDA Corporate Training tutor Jo Turner.
