2026 STATE BUDGET REPLY

Business Sydney in conjunction with Business NSW were delighted to welcome The Hon. Scott Farlow MLC, NSW Shadow Treasurer and Shadow Minister for the Hunter, who outlined the NSW Opposition’s response to the 2026 NSW State Budget and shared the Coalition’s vision for strengthening the economy, supporting investment, lifting productivity, creating jobs and delivering greater opportunities for businesses and families.

A particular highlight of the event was the engaging fireside conversation between The Hon. Scott Farlow MLC and Jade Dixon, Managing Partner Sydney, PwC. Their discussion explored the Opposition’s economic and policy priorities and was followed by a lively audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the Shadow Treasurer on the issues shaping New South Wales.
